Love brunch

So everyone knows how much I love typography… Here is a fun post-wedding-brunch-invite that we got to design and print last month. This particular couple are so so in love, so when I was designing these, I thought, what pretty much sums up Retta and Andy? That really is the love they have for one another. Okay, LOVE BRUNCH here we come!

I love this initial monogram that goes along with the theme of love, an upside down heart. It is subtle yet an interesting enough shape where it is engaging, and I love the bite that the dash marks mak in the paper after the card is run through the press. It was meant to kind of mimic a picnic (hence the fun dots) but also be fun, casual, and most importantly, Retta and Andy. Hope you guys enjoy this one!
